Insurance & Casualty Litigation Seminar 2013-2014 The Year in Review

We would like to invite you to our newly formatted 36th annual Spring Seminar on legal developments, trends and forecasts affecting insurers, corporations and individuals with liability exposure. As you may know, this seminar covers the latest developments in tort, insurance and liability exposure in many different areas of law.

In our effort to increase efficiency and relevancy for our clients this year, the Seminar will be personalized for your organization. RMKB attorneys are now available to present the Seminar in your office, or via webinar to your remote employees or locations. In addition to covering our perennial topics, we are customizing the program based on your feedback. When you click the link below for more information, you can select the topics you are most interested in hearing about and provide us with specific issues or areas affecting your company that you would like us to explore more deeply. We are also available to accommodate requests for multiple presentations, each custom-tailored to a specific part of your organization.

RMKB is also certified to present a seminar on the California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations, which can be included in the seminar program or presented as a separate seminar. This will satisfy the Department of Insurance yearly certification requirement for professionals handling California claims.

These in-house, custom presentations, are available at no cost to your Company.  Depending on the extent of coverage, the seminars will run approximately 60-120 minutes, perfect for an early-morning or mid-day time slot.

As a reminder, RMKB certified by the California State Bar and by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education.  Continuing education credit can also be provided for Property & Casualty, Personal Lines and Independent & Public Adjusters, through the California Department of Insurance if the presentation is scheduled at least 60 days in advance.
