Anthony Broccolo is an experienced litigation attorney who concentrates his practice in the construction industry. His practice focuses on disputes arising out of construction accidents and New York Labor Law, as well as matters involving property damage and construction defects. In addition, Anthony has significant experience handling all aspects of general litigation matters.

Prior to joining Ropers Majeski, Mr. Broccolo worked for other firms specializing in litigation related to the New York State Labor Law. He has successfully defended general contractors, construction managers, and developers in complex personal injury actions. He is knowledgeable in both the substantive law regarding liability and defense strategies for rebutting claimant’s damages. Additionally, he is well versed in risk transfer strategies and has extensive experience in navigating litigation within wrap-up policies, including identifying and pursing targets for shifting the risk off of the wrap policy. He also worked at another well-known New York construction litigation firm, where he focused on the defense of Labor Law actions and property damage claims arising from construction projects.

Mr. Broccolo received his J.D. from The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Prior to law school, after graduating from Villanova University, he worked in the research and development department of a commercial ink company and taught Chemistry at The Ursuline School in New Rochelle, New York.
