Briana J. Bramer is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, premises liability, and products liability. Ms. Bramer is also experienced in a variety of civil litigation matters, including landlord-tenant law, labor and employment law, professional negligence, and compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act under the EPA. Ms. Bramer has managed cases at all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and jury trial.

Ms. Bramer received her B.A. in English and History from University of California, Berkeley, in 2010 where she graduated with honors. She earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2013. During law school, Ms. Bramer worked at a boutique civil litigation firm in San Francisco where she focused on employment and commercial litigation matters. She also successfully competed on UC Hastings' Intercollegiate Mock Trial Team. After graduating, Ms. Bramer returned to assist the UC Hastings' Trial Team in the American Bar Association Trial Advocacy and Student Trial Advocacy Competitions and is the proud coach of the 2013 and 2014 ABA Regional Finalists, 2015 ABA National Champions, and 2018 STAC National Champions.

Before relocating to Los Angeles to be closer to family, Ms. Bramer lived in the Bay Area for over 10 years. She is admitted to practice in California and in the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, winter sports, and playing board games.
