Briana J. Bramer is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, premises liability, and products liability. Ms. Bramer has managed cases at all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial.

Prior to joining RMKB, Ms. Bramer worked at a defense-side civil litigation firm in San Francisco where she represented clients in a variety of legal matters, including catastrophic injury, professional negligence, and premises liability. During this time, Ms. Bramer took and defended over 40 depositions, successfully drafted and argued dispositive motions, and prepared multiple cases for jury trial.

Ms. Bramer received her B.A. in English and History from University of California, Berkeley, in 2010 where she graduated with honors. She earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2013. During law school, Ms. Bramer worked at a boutique civil litigation firm in San Francisco where she focused on employment and commercial litigation matters. She also successfully competed on UC Hastings' Intercollegiate Mock Trial Team. After graduating, Ms. Bramer returned to assist the UC Hastings' Trial Team in the American Bar Association Trial Advocacy and Student Trial Advocacy Competitions and is the proud coach of the 2013 and 2014 ABA Regional Finalists, 2015 ABA National Champions, and 2018 STAC National Champions.

Ms. Bramer has lived in the Bay Area for over 10 years and is admitted to practice in California and in the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and playing board games.
