EXPERIENCE

Daniel McKinnon is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s San Jose office. His practice focuses on business and intellectual property litigation in both federal and state courts, including disputes arising from contract, defamation, copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Mr. McKinnon received a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude with honors in English and political science.

He received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was recognized for his academic achievements and earned a certificate in intellectual property law. Mr. McKinnon is a Bay Area native and currently resides in San Jose with his wife and three children.
