Daniel McKinnon is a partner in the Firm’s San Jose office. His practice focuses on business and intellectual property litigation in both federal and state courts. Mr. McKinnon represents public and private companies and individuals both prosecuting and defending disputes arising from contract, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, high-tech software/hardware defect claims, copyright and trademark infringement, wrongful termination, and defamation. Mr. McKinnon also has extensive experience in employment litigation, including claims involving misappropriation of intellectual property and breach of fiduciary duties by directors and officers, employee wage and hour claims, and other related business torts.

Mr. McKinnon graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University, graduating with honors in English and political science.
