Fabio F. Foti is an associate in the Los Angeles office.  Prior to moving to Orange County in late 2009, Mr. Foti practiced as an attorney in the Bay Area for four years, focusing mainly on insurance bad faith and coverage, business and commercial litigation, personal injury, premises liability and construction defect.  
 
 

Mr. Foti received his Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Santa Barbara in 2000, graduating with honors.  In 2005, he received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Law School, where he was member of the Law Review, and graduated with honors in the top 10% of his class. 

 
Mr. Foti is fluent in Italian, and enjoys soccer, basketball and table tennis.
