German A. Marcucci is a partner in the Firms Los Angeles office. Mr. Marcucci's practice focuses mainly on litigation of personal injury and property damage claims that occurred in commercial settings including in relation to premises design and conditions, fire suppression systems, and private security personnel. He also advises clients and insurance companies in these fields with regards to liability, damages and insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith matters. In addition, he has a varied background in employment law, intellectual property and professional liability matters. Mr. Marcucci's creative and thorough approaches to investigation and his fluency in Spanish have also played a key role in reaching successful results for his clients. He is also a trained mediator and has served as a volunteer mediator in the Los Angeles Superior Court's Alternative Dispute Resolution program.

Mr. Marcucci immigrated from Mendoza, Argentina, at a young age. He graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, with a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. While at Whittier Law School, he received a certification from the school's Center for Intellectual Property and an Excellence Award in Patent Prosecution. Mr. Marcucci has also completed training in Mediating the Litigated Case provided by Pepperdine University School of Law's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
