EXPERIENCE

Hana Hardy is an associate in the Redwood City office. Her practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions and insurance defense. She has experience in reviewing and preparing commercial lease and purchase agreements, boundary dispute settlements, broker agreements, breach of purchase agreement litigation and in assisting lenders with foreclosure.

Prior to joining the firm, Hana was Leasing Manager of Vittoria Management, Inc., a property management company located in Palo Alto, California. She managed the company’s multi-million dollar residential portfolio and supervised its team of leasing associates.

Hana also interned with the German parliament (Deutscher Bundestag) in Berlin where she worked with Senator Dirk Manzewski from the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommerania. She also served as a translator for organizations in Berlin such as the Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe (AEGEE).

Hana received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on the European Union and German cultural, political and social history from Stanford University.

She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California. She is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association, the Charles Houston Bar Association, Queens Bench and San Mateo County Barristers. She is an active member of the Junior League of Palo Alto and Mid-Peninsula and sits on the advisory board to the sorority Chi Omega at Stanford University.
