EXPERIENCE
Ms. Jaemin Chang’s practice includes transactional and litigation matters ranging from business tort, contract disputes to real estate and intellectual property litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She has also advised clients in business strategies including merger and acquisition, and litigation prevention.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chang worked with local entrepreneurs and business owners in business planning and development as well as implementing marketing strategies. Additionally, she has collaborated with the Electronic Frontier Foundation in providing intellectual property advice, specifically issues arising from trademark, service mark, domain name and copyright disputes.
Ms. Chang additionally has worked with local Bay Area artists in producing art exhibits and auctions, and film festivals. She has also volunteered in assisting low-income families with housing issues.
Ms. Chang received her J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco with a focus in business and intellectual property law, and earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University.
