EXPERIENCE

Jeremiah P. Webb is an associate in RMKB’s Litigation Department in the Los Angeles office.   He has extensive litigation experience across a wide-range of industries and areas of the law, including substantial involvement in defending his clients in environmental, insurance, securities, employment, and design professional lawsuits.  

Mr. Webb’s practice extends to representing clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before various state, regional and local agencies.  His current cases involve state and federal lawsuits pertaining to water and soil contamination, as well as D&O and Securities issues.

Mr. Webb’s practice has also involved matters pertaining to litigation on behalf of architects, engineers and contractors.  He also has experience representing companies against claims involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination issues.  Additionally, Mr. Webb has previous experience providing advice on healthcare policies and procedures to various healthcare providers.

Mr. Webb earned his Bachelor of Arts in both Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and a Minor in Criminal Justice from Kansas Wesleyan University in 2003.  While at Kansas Wesleyan University, Mr. Webb was a member of the varsity basketball and tennis teams  and was selected to the Academic All Conference KCAC team.  He also served as Student Congress Vice President, Student Ambassador, and was a member of the Judiciary Review Board.

Mr. Webb then continued his studies at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor and a Certificate in International & Comparative Law in 2006.  While at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Webb served as Justice of the Watson Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Society.  Additionally, during his second year of study, Mr. Webb was selected to study abroad in Tokyo, Japan, where he also worked at an internet start-up company reviewing contracts involving both Japanese and U.S. law.

Mr. Webb is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.  He enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and spending time with his English Bulldog.
