JESSICA J. HOLCOMBE

EXPERIENCE

Jessica Holcombe joined the international corporate transactions group of our Redwood City offices to advise clients at all stages of formation on entity selection, corporate governance, securities filings, contracts, stock option plans, mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and business planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was General Counsel of Boyett Petroleum. She founded the company's legal department and advised the directors on environmental compliance and litigation, contractual claims, trademark disputes, employment law, asset acquisitions, corporate formation, regulatory matters, and real estate transactions. Jessica presented at the Society of Independent Gas Marketers Association on preventative legal measures in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, and she lobbied the US Congress on behalf of the Association.

Jessica received her Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Association at the University of California, Davis. Prior to the JD/MBA program, Jessica studied Russian and served as a volunteer with the US Peace Corps in St. Petersburg, Russia. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in German Language Studies from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She interned with the Fulbright Commission in Austria, and the Hungarian Economic Development Fund in Budapest.
