Jonathan C. Hatfield is an associate in the Firm's Boston office, where he focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, intellectual property litigation, and employment litigation. Mr. Hatfield has experience litigating matters in both state and federal court, where he is always seeking creative and resourceful solutions to the problems facing his clients.

Mr. Hatfield is licensed to practice in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of California, having passed the California Bar Exam in 2013 and the Massachusetts Bar Exam in 2017. Mr. Hatfield joined the firm in 2018 after spending five years at a boutique litigation firm located in Costa Mesa, California. He graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from the Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.

Mr. Hatfield obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2013, and passed the California bar exam the same year. During law school, he was an editor of the International Law Review and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Zaven V. Sinanian on the California Superior Court of Los Angeles County. Mr. Hatfield also worked as an analyst intern for the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection (Los Angeles Office) and as a volunteer for the law school's Low Income Tax Payer Clinic in association with the California State Board of Equalization.

Mr. Hatfield is a native of Santa Monica, California. He now resides with his wife and young son in downtown Boston.
