Joseph A. Ungaro II is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley. His practice spans multiple areas, including business and commercial litigation, corporate transactions, employment, and professional liability. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Ungaro earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2014, where he was an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. After law school, Mr. Ungaro began working as a Major League Baseball Players Association certified play agent for a preeminent sports agency. While there, Mr. Ungaro negotiated contracts on behalf of dozens of clients, and engaged in advanced statistical Sabermetric analysis.

Prior to joining RMKB, Mr. Ungaro practiced employment defense litigation at a Pasadena litigation boutique, where he defended corporate clients against disputes involving wrongful termination, age and disability discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wage and hour claims. While there, he also gained valuable experience defending healthcare professionals against claims of medical malpractice.

In his free time, he enjoys eating his way through Koreatown, traveling, and attending baseball games.
