Kirsten L. Molloy is an experienced litigation attorney who concentrates her practice in the construction industry, commercial litigation, as well as complex insurance coverage and defense.  Her practice focuses on disputes arising out of construction accidents and New York Labor Law, as well as matters involving general and commercial liability, professional malpractice, construction defects, copyright infringement,  employment, insurance coverage, as well as general litigation matters.
Prior to joining Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, Ms. Molloy has handled a broad range of complex business and commercial litigation involving contract disputes, bankruptcy matters, as well as products liability.
Ms. Molloy is admitted to practice in State Courts in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Northern District of New York, District of New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Ms. Molloy was born in Korea and grew up in New Zealand.  She graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree, and subsequently received her Master of Arts degree in International Politics from Ewha Womans University Graduate School of International Studies in Seoul, Korea.  Ms. Molloy graduated from Rutgers University School of Law and received her law degree in 2008, where she was a recipient of Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship and was on the Dean’s List.
