Mhare Mouradian is a Partner at Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley in the Business & Commercial Litigation and Corporate Transactions Groups in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Mr. Mouradian is an experienced business attorney representing clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. He advises companies in a variety of industries, including Real Estate, Entertainment, Technology, Fashion, and Manufacturing, as well as individuals. Mr. Mouradian's clients include luxury commercial real estate companies, international and domestic technology, software, mobile app, and entertainment and media companies and clothing manufacturers.

Mr. Mouradian has litigated on behalf of clients in breach of contract, general business and commercial litigation, trade secrets, premises and products liability, employment, and other litigation matters. His transactional work includes forming companies, negotiating and drafting various business agreements, including manufacturing, sales, purchase, non-disclosure, employment, and other agreements.  Mr. Mouradian also advises companies regarding legal issues that come up in day-to-day business operations.

Mr. Mouradian frequently presents to business owners involving corporate and litigation matters. His presentations include speaking to business owners at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, which included a program entitled “Small Businesses Thinking Big: Safeguarding Your Businesses from the Start.” Mr. Mouradian discussed the business entity options and answered questions regarding incorporating businesses. Mr. Mouradian also appeared on the popular CBS radio show “Money 101 with Bob McCormick” where he discussed how business owners could protect themselves from lawsuits.

Mr. Mouradian routinely volunteers and provides pro bono legal advice for the various legal clinics via the Los Angeles County Bar Association and other public organizations. His service also includes volunteering for the Compton Initiative, a nonprofit organization committed to bringing hope and restoration to that city through beautification projects, and also serving as “principal for a day” at Arleta High School in Van Nuys.

Selected by his peers as a 2019 “Southern California Super Lawyer,” Mhare is also rated as an “AV-Preeminent” attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a graduate of University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, (J.D., 2003) and the University of San Francisco (B.A., 1997).
