Michelle Guadalupe Treviño is an associate in the intellectual property department at Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley in Redwood City. She specializes in trademarks, trade secrets, antitrust and unfair competition, and other areas of intellectual property. Her practice also includes real estate litigation, and civil litigation.

Ms. Treviño earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2016 where she received the Intellectual Property and Technology Certificate, honorable recognition for the 2014 Intensive Advocacy Program, and a CALI award in Patent Law. She was a member of the USF Law Review, 2016 HNBA/Microsoft Intellectual Law Institute, 2016 Europe-IP Program, Internet and Intellectual Property Justice Clinic, La Raza, and the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin. Ms. Treviño received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008.

Ms. Treviño is admitted to practice law in the State of California and is active in several professional organizations. During law school she was a United States Patent and Trademark Office certified student clinician for two semesters and a legal extern for Armengaud-Guerlain in Paris, France. She is a member of the Hispanic National Bar, San Mateo County Bar and Women's Intellectual Property Lawyers Associations.
