EXPERIENCE

Pascale Gagnon is an associate in the Los Angles office.  Over the years, Ms. Gagnon's practice has focused primarily in the areas of professional liability (attorneys, insurance agents/brokers, real estate agents/brokers, and accountants), directors and officers liability and business litigation (including contract, defamation/libel, publicity and privacy rights) as well as funeral services. Ms. Gagnon was involved in numerous high profile and complex cases and has acquired trial experience early on in her career both as lead trial attorney and second chair. 

Ms. Gagnon is a graduate of University Laval in Quebec, Canada, where she began her legal career in 1992, after being admitted to the Quebec Bar.  Ms. Gagnon then moved to Los Angeles where she has been pursuing her career after being admitted to the California State Bar in 2000.

Being licensed both in California and Quebec, Ms. Gagnon provides legal advice and litigation services to individuals and businesses located both in California and in Canada.  She is a current member of the State Bar of California, the Barreau du Quebec and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
