Todd Windisch is Of Counsel in the in the Firm's Costa Mesa office. Mr. Windisch focuses on construction defect, complex and catastrophic injury litigation. He has extensive experience defending and advising general contractor and trade subcontractor clients commercial and residential construction cases. He has represented general contractors in litigation of large apartment complex construction defect cases and subcontractor trades including: Roofing, Framing, stucco, sheet metal, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, structural concrete, landscape, fire suppression, drywall and finish carpentry in both commercial and residential cases. Mr. Windisch has also has served as trial counsel in catastrophic personal injury, traumatic brain injury, assault & battery, security and employment cases.

Additionally, prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Windisch was an insurance claims professional for nearly 20 years. As a result, he has extensive experience in case evaluation, reporting and resolution as well as unique insight and understanding of insurance carrier's perspectives, needs and communication. Mr. Windisch received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Souther California in Los Angeles, California and J.D. from Western State College of Law in Fullerton California. He has also received training as a Certified Property Casualty Underwriter and studied mechanical engineering while at USC.
