EXPERIENCE

Saundra K. Wootton, a complex business litigation attorney, is a partner with RMKB in Los Angeles.  Ms. Wootton’s practice focuses on representing a variety of middle market companies, often in the entertainment or architectural areas.  She also has experience in professional liability, employment, anti-trust and real estate matters.  Ms. Wootton has trial, arbitration and mediation experience. 

In 2008, 2010 and 2011, Ms. Wootton was honored by her peers in being selected for listing in the Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine-Rising Stars Edition, which lists the top 2.5 percent of noteworthy attorneys in Los Angeles and Orange counties.  She is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Diversity in the Profession Committee for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a member of the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women, Southern California Chapter.  Ms. Wootton has also been active as an alumni for Southwestern Law School where she frequently returns to speak to students on various issues and where she has also been a member of the Alumni Association's Board of Directors.  Ms. Wootton is also active in her local community serving on various committees for the Greater San Fernando Chamber of Commerce and also devotes her time to a number of other local worthy causes.

Born in Sacramento, California, Ms. Wootton earned a bachelors degree from the University of California, San Diego.  Thereafter, she received her law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California.  While in law school, Ms. Wootton was the recipient of the John J. Schumacher Minority Leader Scholarship Award and also was a best writer alternate finalist for Southwestern Law School’s Moot Court Intramural Competition.
