Spiros E. Fousekis

Spiros Fousekis is an attorney in the Redwood City office of Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley.  His practice focuses on employment and commercial litigation matters.  Mr. Fousekis also represents public entities in both Federal and State Court actions, as well as commercial clients in construction defect, real estate, and premises liability matters.

Mr. Fousekis counsels and advises clients on case strategy, liability issues, and mitigating potential exposure in labor and employment matters including claims for wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act.  He has comprehensive experience in all phases of civil litigation, including dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolution, and trial.  He also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mr. Fousekis received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2008.  In 2007, Mr. Fousekis externed for the Honorable Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton, U.S District Court, Northern District of California.  He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004.  He is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern districts of California.
